Airborne Allergies

Allergies are very common today, especially the airborne allergies.  Some of us are having a misconception regarding the said airborne allergies. They thought that as long as they could breath, the air is already safe against allergens. Without us knowing, such allergens are easily transmitted through the air. Most allergy-causing bacteria are found in the air since the molecules in the air travels faster than a direct contact.

Hay fever is the common example of an airborne allergy. This is usually generated by small particles of debris and pollen released by the plants. The airborne pollutants are very tiny and they are cannot be even seen by our naked eyes.  That is why they can easily enter in one’s nose, throat and pulmonary system. When a person with an airborne allergy is exposed to airborne pollutants, he/she may experience runny nose, sneezing, coughing, watery eyes, and itchy eyes and nose.

There are many medical treatments you can take when you have airborne allergies.  You can take antihistamines or any herbal remedies that can lessen your suffering because of these irritating airborne allergies. But cleaning the air you breathe is the most effective help to prevent these allergies by going green and preserving your environment.
